Parker's Place is about 1.25 miles from the Katy Trail Spur trailhead, located on the south side of the Missouri River bridge. It's a pleasant walk that takes you right past the Missouri State Capitol, the Governor's Gardens, and the Governor's Mansion — a nice bit of scenery to bookend your ride.
Inside, not locked up outside. The Carriage House has space to store your bikes and gear securely, with bike cleaning gear on hand, and Suite 2's back sun porch has 150 square feet of space to store bikes or other travel gear. Just ask us when you book and we'll make sure you're set up right.
Schnucks Grocery is about 2.6 miles away and offers grocery delivery, so you can fill the fridge before you even arrive.
You won't have to go far. Parker's Place sits just 3 blocks from a great little cluster of restaurants — Matriarcha, JQ's on High St., and Prison Brews among them — with another 5 blocks or so opening up even more of downtown's dining scene, from The Grand to Coffee Zone, High Rise, Arris' Pizza, and more.
The Carriage House sleeps 6 across two bedrooms. Suite 2 sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master bedroom. For bigger groups, book both: together they sleep 14, at the same address.

Trail stays book up fast around peak riding season. For groups larger than six, ask us about combining the Carriage House with Suite 2 — together they can accommodate your whole riding party.
